Relay Devices

Relay capture devices self-enroll on launch — no buttons on the phone; it registers with a baked-in fleet key + install ID — and appear here as PENDING. Assign one to a ring and it auto-starts serving that ring's live audio/video; Switch it to another ring, or Release it to stop. Pause / Resume override capture without giving up the ring; click a device's name to rename it. The list refreshes every few seconds; changes take effect on the device's next reconcile poll.
